In-network insurance
Reflections Mental Health Services is currently in-network with the following plans:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Anthem Blue Cross and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield)
If you carry one of these plans, your therapy sessions are typically covered with a copay or after your deductible has been met. We recommend calling your insurer to confirm your specific mental-health benefits before your first session, including any copay, deductible, or session-limit information.
Out-of-network insurance
If your plan isn’t one of the above, we welcome clients using out-of-network benefits. You can still receive our compassionate, trauma-informed care, and many plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network mental-health visits. Our team will help you understand the process, explain potential reimbursement options, and provide the documentation (a “superbill”) you can submit to your insurer.

- 45-minute Individual Session — $100
- 60-minute Individual Session — $150

What to verify with your insurer
Because every plan is different — even within Aetna or Blue Cross Blue Shield — we encourage clients to check their mental-health coverage before scheduling. Things to ask your insurer:
- Copays
- Deductibles
- Session limits
- Out-of-network benefits (if applicable)
- Telehealth coverage
If your insurance is inactive, denied, or doesn’t cover the service, the client is responsible for the full session fee. This helps us maintain consistent, high-quality care for all clients.
Cancellation policy
We reserve your appointment time specifically for you. To keep our schedule fair and accessible for all clients, we require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Insurance does not cover missed appointments. Please contact us as soon as possible if something comes up — we’ll do our best to find a new time that works.
