Ready to make an appointment with Reflections Mental Health Services? Reaching out is often the hardest part, and we’ve kept the process simple. Make an appointment in just a few minutes using the secure form below, and our Clinical Director will personally review your message and call you back within 24 hours to talk through what you need.

How to Make an Appointment
Tell us a bit about yourself and the best way to reach you. Our Clinical Director reviews every inquiry personally and will call you back within 24 hours to hear what you need and match you with a therapist who fits.
Please keep this form to the basics. Don’t send Protected Health Information (detailed medical history, diagnoses, or insurance numbers) here. We’ll collect that securely when we call you back.
What Happens After You Make an Appointment
Once you submit the form, our Clinical Director personally reads every message, no call centers and no automated queues. You’ll hear back by phone within 24 hours to talk through what brought you here, answer your questions, and find a therapist whose experience fits your needs. If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule your first telehealth session at a time that works for you.
Who We Help
We work with adults, couples, and teens across New York, entirely by telehealth. Browse our therapy services to see the areas we specialize in, meet our therapists to find a clinician who feels like the right fit, or learn more about our teen therapy and couples counseling programs if you’re looking for support for a specific relationship or life stage.
Insurance, Fees, and What to Expect
Before you make an appointment, you may want to check our insurance and billing page for details on accepted plans, private-pay rates, and how reimbursement works. If you have general questions before reaching out, our FAQ page covers what a first session looks like, how telehealth sessions work, and what to expect as a new client.
Need Immediate Support?
This form is for scheduling only and isn’t monitored around the clock. If you’re in crisis or thinking about suicide, please call or text the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or contact the SAMHSA National Helpline for free, confidential support any time, day or night.
A Few Questions People Ask Before They Make an Appointment
Do I need a diagnosis or referral to make an appointment? No. Most people reach out simply because something feels harder than they’d like it to be. You don’t need a formal diagnosis, a referral from another provider, or even a clear sense of what you want to work on. The intake conversation is where we figure that out together.
What if I’m not sure telehealth is right for me? Many clients feel unsure about video sessions before their first appointment and find they prefer the comfort and privacy of joining from home once they try it. If it turns out telehealth isn’t a good fit, we’re happy to talk through other options during your call with our Clinical Director.
How soon can I be seen once I make an appointment? Response times vary, but our goal is to call you back within 24 hours of receiving your form. From there, scheduling your first session depends on your availability and the therapist who’s the best match for you.
